Real estate tax decision – check the information and make any necessary corrections
How to download a .csv file in MyTax
You can download a file containing all the information on record concerning your company’s real estate property. You can do this when the Tax Administration’s decision has appeared in MyTax:
- Click Show details on all tax years on the home page, under Real estate tax.
- A new page opens up. On the right, click on Download all real estate details as a CSV file.
The file is compilated for the most recent tax year only. The previous year’s information is deleted every year in February or March, to be replaced by the latest information on record.
Owners of many real estate properties may notice delays in MyTax
If the company or organisation has many units of real estate and they are located in several different municipalities, MyTax may slow down when you submit real estate tax returns or other related information. This concerns companies owning 500 or more units, and companies owning real estate in at least 6 different municipalities.
To avoid these delays in MyTax, select the relevant municipalities of location beforehand. Select at least one municipality. After you make the selection, MyTax will only show your real estate located in the selected municipalities. If you have selected several or all municipalities, MyTax may slow down.
Check the information and make corrections. After that, you can submit the tax return or the claim for adjustment. If you want to check any details concerning your company’s real estate located in other municipalities, begin a new tax return/claim for adjustment. You can process your company’s real estate units in groups per municipality, or by groups of municipalities, and submit several tax returns/claims for adjustment.
