My details and groups

A separate group will automatically be generated for each testing organisation in the e-service. Through the group, each organisation can distribute access rights to their testers.

Invite others to test

All members of an organisation’s group can

  • submit new testing API applications (except with the Positive credit register);
  • request testing certificates;
  • retrieve requested testing certificates;
  • view access rights to the organisation’s testing APIs;
  • view testing certificate information, status and validity;
  • edit the information of a testing certificate’s technical contact person and the description of the certificate;
  • add members to the organisation’s group; and
  • leave the organisation’s group.

Once you have logged in to the service, you can see a list of your groups by selecting ‘My details and groups’ in the page menu. In addition to your roles, the page shows the members of each group and their roles.

You can invite new people by selecting ‘Add person to group’ for the organisation and entering their email address. The person will receive an email notification.

If you name someone else instead of yourself as the contact person in a testing API application or certificate request, they will automatically be added to the testing organisation’s group. The person will also receive an email notification.

The administrator is responsible for their group

Only the group administrator can change the existing API rights and remove members from the group, so it is important that each testing organisation has a group administrator. There may be several administrators.

  • For customers of the Tax Administration and the Incomes Register, the group administrator is the person who submitted the organisation’s first API application.
  • For customers of the Positive credit register, the group administrator is the testing contact person indicated on the testing start notification.

In addition to functions available to all, the group administrator can

  • change existing API rights, i.e.
    • submit replacement testing API applications;
    • edit the information of the organisation’s contact person; and
  • remove other members from the organisation’s group.

If your group requires several administrators or the administrator needs to be replaced, contact us by submitting the observation form.

Maintain your information

On the ‘My details and groups’ page, you can edit your email address and telephone number.

Note that if information is changed on this page, your addresses and telephone numbers entered in API applications and certificate requests will not be affected.
