How to request a new or revised tax card
All tax cards can be requested under Tax cards and prepayments in MyTax. Based on the information you submit, a tax card or tax cards will be generated for you. For example, if you report both wage income and pension income, you will receive two tax cards: one for wages and the other for pensions. How to request a new tax card:
- for wages and salaries
- for pensions
- for benefits (such as parental allowances, unemployment allowances and study grants)
- for a minor
- for a family caregiver (in Finnish or Swedish)
- for trade income
- for royalties
- for a foster care provider (in Finnish or Swedish)
- for seafarer’s income (in Finnish or Swedish)
- for deductions
- for a light entrepreneur
- for wages from your own company
- for arriving in Finland to work
