Handelsbanken customers are transferred to S-Pankki as of 1 December 2024

Due to a corporate acquisition, the majority of Handelsbanken customers are transferred over to S-Pankki as of 1 December 2024. Old Handelsbanken accounts are closed as of 30 November 2024.

The customers’ new bank account numbers are not automatically submitted to the Tax Administration. E-invoicing orders are likewise not transferred to the new bank.

If you are a Handelsbanken customer, do as follows:

1. Submit your new bank account number in MyTax. If you let us know your bank account number, we will be able to pay any tax refunds to the correct account as soon as possible.
2. Submit a new request for e-invoicing either in your new e-bank or in MyTax’s “Paying taxes and payment details” page. This way, the e-invoice is sent to the correct bank the next time you have taxes to pay.
