The controller’s responsibility will be extended in 2027: Testing the changes

Prepare for the change by testing new features

Data users can test the distribution of dispute data for earnings payment reports and benefits payment reports, and of data in reports that are missing entirely, in the Incomes Register’s stakeholder testing environment.

We have implemented examples of reports in the stakeholder testing environment. The examples demonstrate the process of distributing data subject claims for correction and restriction of data and status changes.

Payers must ensure that the reference of claim for rectification can be given in the payment system they use in connection with correcting of data.

Testing the data content changes for 2027

The current annual changes have been published in their entirety in the stakeholder testing environment. You can test changes in in the technical interfaces, the e-service and in the e-service upload service.

Interface's addresses have changed

The IP addresses of the Incomes Register's test environment (EXT) technical interface have changed on February 10, 2026.

  • If you use direct IP addresses on the interface, changes to the system will be required due to the change of address.
  • If you use name-based IP addresses, the change will have no effect and no action is required.
