Changes to transcripts: You can now choose the language of payer’s transcripts and Incomes Register extracts
10/25/2023You can check the data you have reported to the Incomes Register by subscribing to a transcript or record. These include all the data you have submitted through all reporting channels during a specific time range.
When you make the subscription in the e-service, you can choose the language used for the transcript or record. If you do not change the selection, the transcript is generated in the language that you are using when requesting the transcript.
A payer’s transcript can be generated in Finnish, Swedish or English. You cannot change the language after the transcript has been generated. You must make a new subscription if you want the transcript in another language.
If you subscribe to a payer’s transcript or record in the interface or the upload service, you can choose the language by entering the language (Finnish, English or Swedish) as the type of the record subscription query criterion (ParameterType). If the query criterion is not entered, the transcript or record is generated in the language that is entered for the organisation in the Population Information System and the Business Information System BIS.
This change has no effect on data users. The transcripts or records subscribed to by data users are generated in the language that is entered for the organisation in the Population Information System and the Business Information System BIS.

The Incomes Register extract is a PDF transcript of the income paid to you
If you want a summary of your income, you can request an Incomes Register extract through the Incomes Register e-service. Requesting an Incomes Register extract is free of charge.
You can select the language in which the Incomes Register extract is generated (Finnish, English or Swedish). If you do not change the selection, the transcript is generated in the language that you are using the e-service when requesting the extract.
The Incomes Register extract shows all income reported for you in the Incomes Register: wages, pensions and benefits. The extract includes the total amounts of these payments for one calendar year. The transcript lists all data contained in the reports valid at the time of the request.

New data item on payer’s benefits payment reports
At the end of September, a new data item was added to the benefits payment transcripts 614, 615 and 632: Unjust late payment increases total. On transcripts subscribed to after the change, unjust late payment increases are shown on a dedicated row. These amounts are no longer added to the amount of late payment increases or to other unjust enrichments.
