Transcripts and records – new subscription

You can subscribe transcripts or records as a one-off subscription in the e-service. You can also browse your Incomes Register subscriptions.

Place a subscription for transcript or record

The range of transcripts and records available for subscription depends on your roles and authorisations in the Incomes Register’s e-service.

As a payer, you can place a subscription for transcripts of 600 series. In addition, payers using the SFTP interface can request record 312 of the earnings payment data they have submitted.

Payer – This is how you can subscribe to a transcript or record

As a data user, you can place a subscription for records (300 series) or transcripts of 700 series.

Retrieving a transcript or record

Your subscription will shortly be displayed on the 'Subscriptions made' page in the e-service.

On the page 'Subscriptions made' you can monitor the progress of your subscription and download the transcript when it is ready.

• If you subscribed to a transcript, retrieve and download it in the e-service on the ‘Subscriptions made’ page.
• If you subscribed to a record, retrieve it from your organisation’s SFTP folder.
