Reports in the Incomes Register

If you pay wages, pensions or benefits, report the data to the Incomes Register. The payer is responsible for reporting and correcting the data.

Submit the data within 5 calendar days of the payment date. The deadline is longer for certain payments.

Check and correct submitted reports if necessary

You can search for and browse reports submitted by the company on the ‘Submitted reports’ page. In the e-service, you can see all reports submitted by the company, including ones submitted as a record via a technical interface or an upload service.

You can also check the data you have reported to the Incomes Register by subscribing to a transcript or record.

If there are errors in the data you have reported, correct the data.
