Reports in the Incomes Register

If you pay wages, pensions or benefits, report the data to the Incomes Register.

Submit the data within 5 calendar days of the payment date. The deadline is longer for certain payments.

Submit a single employer’s separate report a month for all your employees, if you have paid wages.

  • If you are a regular employer registered in the Finnish Tax Administration’s employer register, submit a report every month. If you have not paid any wages during the month, report ‘No wages payable'.
  • If you are not registered with the employer register, submit a report for the months for which you have paid wages.

Read the instructions for filling in the employer’s separate report

Submit a separate report for each individual and payment. Pensions and benefits are paid and reported by pension institutions, insurance institutions, Kela, State Treasury and organisations employing persons in non-military service, for example.
