The International House Helsinki’s service related to cross-border tax issues
Tax Administration services at IHH are only available by appointment due to the coronavirus. Make an appointment in MyTax or call our telephone service: 029 512 000.
The International House Helsinki helps you with many tax questions and problems that individual taxpayers may encounter.
If you need a Finnish personal identity code in order to submit an application for a tax card, or to get an individual tax number, book an appointment with the tax office at Hämeentie in Helsinki. Appointments can be made in MyTax or via the telephone service on +358 29 497 050.
Please note that Helsinki is the only location in Uusimaa where you can find the service described above. The tax offices in Järvenpää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepori do not provide the service.
You can still visit any Tax Administration office in other tax matters.
International House Helsinki is jointly managed and operated by the Finnish Tax Administration, Kela, the City of Helsinki, the Finnish Immigration Service, the Finnish Digital Agency, the TE Office of Uusimaa, the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce, and the Finnish Centre for Pensions.
