Remote service points for personal tax guidance
You can arrange an online meeting with a tax official at Tax Administration service points. The service point has a computer, which you can reserve for a video call with Tax Administration official.
Where is remote service available?
You can use our search function to find the nearest service point that offers remote service.
What is remote service used for?
You can use the Tax Administration’s remote service when you need personal guidance or instructions in tax matters. You cannot print or scan forms or documents at remote service points or submit any forms or documents to the Tax Administration. Send paper forms by post to the address stated on the form. Further, you cannot access the public information on tax assessment at the service points.
How does remote service work?
Remote service involves taking part in a video call by using the service point’s computer. If you need help with making the call, please contact the personnel at the service point.
Call our telephone service to book a remote service appointment. Bring your identification and any documents requested by the tax official with you to the appointment.
Remember that you can take care of most of your tax matters in MyTax or by calling our telephone service. Also note that foreign workers cannot be registered (granted personal IDs and tax cards) at remote service points.
