Route to main entrance
- Vehicles can drive to the entrance for pick-up and drop-off but there is a kerb that must be crossed with the help of mobility aids.
- Around 20 to 30 metres from the accessible parking spot to the entrance. A ramp from the entrance to the pavement.
Main entrance
- The door at the entrance opens automatically but there is also a manually opened door next to it.
- A low threshold at the entrance, which can be crossed with a wheelchair, for example.
Route to taxpayer service
- Taxpayer service point accessible by lift.
- The doors to the taxpayer service point are opened manually.
Indoors
- The lobby is accessible.
- Seats available in the waiting area.
- A queue number system is in use in the waiting area.
- There is an induction loop system in the area.
- The door to the meeting room is opened manually. The staff will help if needed.
- The height of the table in the meeting room cannot be adjusted. The room is not spacious but chairs can be removed if needed.
- An accessible toilet in the lift lobby.
Help
- You will need your e-bank codes or mobile certificate if you want to manage your tax matters on a computer in the self-service area.
- You can pay taxes in cash or by a debit-type bank card up to 15:00 (3 pm) at the service point.
- You can drop off your documents in the mailbox on the outside wall of the service point.
- Send the completed forms and other documents by post. See the postal addresses.
- We do not register Suomi.fi authorisations at this service point. However, identification for Suomi.fi authorisations is possible for companies and organisations. You can also deliver requests and documents related to Suomi.fi authorisations to us, and we will forward them to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency for processing.
