Helsinki service point
Our service point is busy at the moment. You can manage your taxes in MyTax or call our telephone service. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Fill in the required forms in advance and bring them with you. Have your identity card ready and collect all the documents needed, such as receipts and agreements. If any required document is missing, we may not be able to help you in one visit.
This service point has a queue number machine. When we are having a busy time, the machine will stop giving out tickets before closing time.

Help
- You will need your e-bank codes or mobile certificate if you want to manage your tax matters on a computer in the self-service area.
- You can pay taxes in cash or by a debit-type bank card up to 15:00 (3 pm) at the service point.
- You can drop off your documents in the mailbox on the outside wall of the service point.
