Moving to Finland from another EU country
When you move to Finland, you can only bring alcohol or tobacco products along with your other belongings duty-free if the products are for personal use and you are bringing them in the same vehicle that you arrive in yourself. If you transport the alcohol (such as wine cellars) or tobacco in other ways, you must pay excise duties on the products.
You do not need to clear your belongings through customs when moving to Finland from another EU country.
The rules and limits that apply to travellers also apply to movers.
