The Finnish Tax Administration seeks to ensure the accessibility of its websites and e-services in accordance with the act on digital services (Laki digitaalisten palvelujen tarjoamisesta 306/2019) [.fi]›.

The grey-economy-crime.fi site was published on 21 May 2018. This accessibility statement was prepared on 19 November 2019. Eficode Oy evaluated the accessibility of this digital service.

The following content do not comply with the requirements yet:

  1. The background video on the front page cannot be stopped (WCAG 2.2.2).
  2. PDF documents include visual elements and certain figures that do not have any alt text. There are flaws in certain headers of tables. (WCAG 1.1.1, 1.3.1, 1.4.5) 

Applicable legislation does not cover the content

The following content and/or features are not accessible, as the applicable legislation act on digital services (Laki digitaalisten palvelujen tarjoamisesta 306/2019 [.fi]›) does not cover them.

  1. The grey-economy-crime.fi site includes links to the Finnish Tax Administration’s YouTube channel and the European Union’s website, which include video content released before 23 September 2020. Part of this video content does not include subtitles and/or audio description. According to laws, video content released before 23 September 2020 does not need to be made accessible later or removed.
  2. The grey-economy-crime.fi site includes PDF documents released before 23 September 2018, not all of which are fully accessible. According to laws, PDF documents released before 23 September 2018 do not need to be made accessible later.

Enforcement procedure

If you notice problems with accessibility on a website, first give feedback to the administrator of the site. In accordance with the law and the related transition period, the Tax Administration will make every effort to respond to all feedback within two weeks, starting 23 September 2020 at the latest.
