63 Financial Statements for the Tax Administration and the Trade Register office (3047) Forms

Form 63 is the mandatory cover page to all paper submittals of Form 6B – "Tax Return of Business Activities/Corporation". Filers must use Form 63 as the cover and staple the pages of the financial statements together with it. The combination of Form 63 and the financial statements is then enclosed with the tax return.

If you submit any additional documentation afterwards, you must use Form 63 again.
