Deficient wage information has been generated on some credit register extracts between October 1 and November 6. The deficiency only applies to a part of credit register extracts requested at this time period. Missing data has been transferred to the register on November 7. Wage information will be correctly shown on the extracts as of 7.11. We apologize for the inconvenience and any harm it may have caused. Read more in the news.

Additional certificates of the Positive credit register will be ordered from the Finnish Tax Administration’s certificate service as of 9 October

10/7/2024

The launch of the Finnish Tax Administration’s certificate service (9.10.) has been delayed. The certificate service has opened on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 9 AM.

Additional certificates of the Positive credit register will be ordered through the Finnish Tax Administration’s certificate service from 9 October onward. Additional certificates related to reporting and using data will be ordered from the certificate service in the future. Using the service requires strong identification.

The certificate service does not affect existing certificates

The new service does not affect certificates that already exist and are valid. The certificates for reporting or using the data in the Positive credit register will function normally throughout their period of validity. As a rule, the currently valid certificates will be valid for two years, and they will be renewed through the API in the future as well. In other words, the reform only applies to new additional certificates to be ordered.

Notify the register of new additional certificates

Always notify us using our contact form when you order new additional certificates. If your organization cannot use the certificate service, you can request additional certificates using the above-mentioned contact form.
