Contact form

This form is for lenders and private individuals.

Lenders can use this form to

  • request assistance in problems related to the Positive credit register
  • report changes to contact persons’ contact information (lenders currently using the register’s data)
  • request additional certificates (lenders currently using the register’s data).

If you need technical support or you suspect an error, please fill in the observation form. If you suspect that your organisation’s certificate has been misused, please contact our customer service.

Private individuals can use this form to

  • request correction of incorrect personal data
  • request restriction of the processing of their personal data
  • request to view their personal data.

Do not enter any personal data, such as your personal identity code, in the contact form.

If you want set a voluntary ban on credits for yourself, you can do it in our e-service.

Instructions on setting, editing and removing a credit ban and information about a credit ban for an underage child are available at Voluntary ban on credits.
