The deficiency only applies to a part of credit register extracts requested at this time period. Missing data has been transferred to the register on November 7. What data do we process?

Contact, observation and feedback forms and forms used in stakeholder testing are available on the Positive credit register's website.

You can find the forms on the Contact information page.

We use the forms to collect information that we need to process contacts, observations and feedback and to communicate with organisations performing stakeholder testing: the name, organisation, Business ID, email address and telephone number of the party submitting the form. Contact information collected through the Enter portal before 19 February 2024 can also be used in the communication with organisations performing stakeholder testing.

We process the forms in the Tax Administration's service management system provided by ServiceNow.

On what basis do we process data?

We process personal data to perform our task in the public interest (General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), Article 6(1)(e).)

Disclosure of data

As a general rule, data is not disclosed.

Processors

We use the following service providers for application management services, such as troubleshooting: Innofactor Software Ltd, Gofore Plc, Gofore Verify Oy and Advania Finland Oy.

Personal data is processed in a service management system provided by ServiceNow.

Retention of data

With regard to data retention, we comply with the Tax Administration's information management plan. The forms are retained in the service management system for no more than six years.

In such a case, we may no longer process your personal data, except if there is a justified reason of great importance that supersedes your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for the purpose of preparing, presenting or defending a legal claim.
