We updated the terms and conditions of use for stakeholder testing

We have updated the Positive credit register’s terms and conditions of use regarding stakeholder testing in stage 2. The updated terms entered into force on 1 February 2025.

Key changes

You can study the updated terms and conditions of use for stakeholder testing  on our website. Key changes include the following.

  • Chapter 1: The number of testing environments has been changed from one to two.
  • Chapter 6: The section about the possibility that testers could use their own artificial test IDs has been removed.
  • Chapter 13: The Incomes Register Unit has been granted a right to prevent access to the testing environment without separate notice if the tester’s actions jeopardise the system’s information security or data protection.
  • The terms and the language have been clarified in several places.

We have also sent an email about the changes to those who had accepted the previous terms and conditions.
