Deficient wage information has been generated on some credit register extracts between October 1 and November 6. The deficiency only applies to a part of credit register extracts requested at this time period. Missing data has been transferred to the register on November 7. Wage information will be correctly shown on the extracts as of 7.11. We apologize for the inconvenience and any harm it may have caused. Read more in the news.

The reporting of loan data has started

2/5/2024

The reporting of loan data to the Positive credit register has started. We opened production APIs on 1 February 2024, in the schedule prescribed by law. Some loan data has already been reported to the register successfully. Starting Monday 5 February 2024, all lenders with the reporting obligation can start reporting data through the reporting APIs. You can find the API production addresses on our website:

Lenders must report their existing credit stock to the register by 31 March 2024. Data stored in the register can be used in the assessment of creditworthiness as of 1 April 2024. On that day, the API for requesting credit register extracts will be opened.

Retrieve a certificate before you start reporting data

Before a lender can start reporting data, they must retrieve a certificate required by production use. The organisation’s technical contact person for certificates has received instructions on certificate retrieval by email. If you cannot find the email message, check the spam folder, because emails sent by the register may sometimes end up there. If the certificate has expired (14 days) or if you need additional certificates or other help with the certificates, you can call our telephone customer service or fill in the contact form. You can find our contact information and the contact form on our website:

Fill in the start and end notifications regarding the uploading

Lenders must also fill in the start notification for uploading existing loans before they start reporting data. In the notification, state the Business ID of the reporting organisation whose loans you will report, estimate the size of the reportable credit stock, and state how long you think the uploading will take. When you have reported all the existing loans that are covered by the reporting obligation, fill in the end notification to inform us that you have completed the uploading. You can find both forms on our rollout page:

Knowing when you start and finish uploading will help us to monitor how the reporting of data and the rollout are progressing.

Participate in our support meetings

As long as the reporting of existing loans continues, we will have weekly support meetings in Teams. Additional information about our support meetings: Weekly support meetings for lenders regarding the reporting of data in February and March.

Report errors or disruptions

If you detect technical errors or disruptions while using the APIs, please notify us by filling in the observation form.
