The e-service and credit register extracts will include loans granted to business name entrepreneurs for their business activities and loans granted to agricultral and forestry operators.

The second stage of the Positive credit register is progressing on schedule. Starting today, on 1 December 2025, lenders can report second-stage loans to the register, i.e. loans granted to natural persons other than consumers. These loans include loans granted to business name entrepreneurs for their business activities, for example.

Second-stage loans are reported directly to the register in production. Lenders granting consumer credits and loans comparable to them can start using the data in consumer lending immediately as it is reported to the register, starting on 1 December 2025.

After the start of the reporting of loan data, the second stage of the register proceeds towards the use of the data. The use of the register's data in other than consumer lending starts on 1 April 2026. We will provide more detailed information and instructions when the use of the register’s data in non-consumer lending is closer.
