The reporting of data on loans included in the second stage of the Positive credit register has started – read our updated instructions
12/1/2025The second stage of the Positive credit register is progressing on schedule. Starting today, on 1 December 2025, lenders can report second-stage loans to the register, i.e. loans granted to natural persons other than consumers. These loans include loans granted to business name entrepreneurs for their business activities, for example.
Second-stage loans are reported directly to the register in production. Lenders granting consumer credits and loans comparable to them can start using the data in consumer lending immediately as it is reported to the register, starting on 1 December 2025.
