The register’s earnings payment data for around 6,700 people was inaccurate in October–November

12/18/2024

As we communicated earlier, not all customers’ earnings payment data was transferred correctly from the Incomes Register to the Positive credit register between September and November. The number of people with inaccurate earnings payment data shown on their credit register extracts that were requested during that period was around 6,700. As a rule, around one month’s earnings payment data was missing from the 12-month period preceding the requests for credit register extracts.

If you applied for a loan in October or November, note the following

In the Positive credit register’s e-service, your earnings payment data is shown only on credit register extracts requested about your data. The data is retrieved from the Incomes Register. You can view all credit register extracts requested about you in our e-service.

  • If you did not apply for a loan between 1 October and 6 November, you do not need to do anything.
  • If you did apply for a loan between 1 October and 6 November, check your credit register extracts in our e-service.

If you notice any inaccuracies in your earnings payment data and suspect that it may have affected the processing of your loan application, please contact your lender if necessary.
