10/1/2024We are collecting data on user experiences with the Positive credit register and on possible needs for its further development through a customer survey. We will use the results to develop the register and our services.
The Positive credit register has been in operation for nearly six months, and we would like to hear our stakeholders’ opinions on how the register has worked so far and how we could do better in the future. First and foremost, we would like to receive concrete suggestions on how to develop the register. Please note that in order for development proposals to be feasible, they should comply with current legislation.
The Webropol survey includes three questions. The survey will be open until 18 October 2024. You can respond to the survey in Finnish or in English.
The survey is intended to anyone who reports data to the Positive credit register or retrieves data from it. Your responses will be processed anonymously and securely. We will use the survey results to develop our operations.
