Our chat service to end at the end of the year

11/29/2024

The Positive credit register's chat service will end on 31 December 2024. Our customer service will continue to provide general advice over the phone.

You can also find comprehensive information and guidance on the Positive credit register on our website. Take a look at our news and website for private individuals where you can find information on a wide range of issues.

We are giving up the chat service to help meet the savings targets set for the Incomes Register Unit.

Customer service

Our customer service number +358 29 497 571 provides service in Finnish, Swedish and English between 9 am and 4 pm on business days (GMT +2).

Service for organisations is available on telephone number +358 29 497 570 on business days from 9 am to 4 pm (GMT +2).

For Swedish-speaking customers, we have a callback service. We will call you back between the same or the latest the following day on business days.

Calls from the mobile phone are subject to the mobile call charge (mpm.), and calls from the fixed network are subject to the local network charge (pvm.). If you call from abroad, the charge is determined by your local telecommunications service provider.

The charges are based on the price list of the caller’s service provider. If you have a call package, check with your service provider whether calls to numbers starting with 029 are included in the package.

The service provider starts charging you when the call is set up. In other words, you will also pay for queuing time. Instead of queuing for a long time, we recommend that you should call again later.
