New instructions on stakeholder testing now available

On 27 February 2023, the Project to establish a positive credit register published new instructions on stakeholder testing and the terms and conditions of use for stakeholder testing:

• Instructions on the testing certificate
• Instructions on the use of the Enter portal
• Terms and conditions of use for stakeholder testing

The instructions and the terms and conditions are available in Finnish, Swedish and English.

The instructions on the testing certificate describe the certificate retrieval process. The instructions also contain some frequently asked questions and general error situations related to certificate retrieval, which help to ensure success in retrieval.

The instructions on the use of the Enter portal describe the activities you can do in the portal step by step. In the portal, stakeholders sign up for the Positive credit register’s stakeholder testing, and the portal will also be used for other communication during the testing. The instructions describe all the forms and activities available in the portal, as well as different user roles. The Enter portal will be opened on 1 March 2023. On the same day, a link to the portal will be added to the instructions.

All stakeholders taking part in stakeholder testing must accept the terms and conditions of use for stakeholder testing. Stakeholders accept the terms when they sign up for testing, but it is advisable to study them in advance.

Certificate retrieval and instructions on how to register for the Enter portal and sign up for testing will be discussed in the stakeholder testing events on 6 March at 2–3.30 pm (in Finnish) and on 9 March at 2–3.30 pm (in English). We will send invitations to the events to the operators of the first rollout stage on our stakeholder mailing list.
