Error situation with Bondora’s data updated to the register in October and November
11/21/2025Bondora has reported an error situation regarding the reporting of data on new loan contracts and payment transactions to the Positive credit register. On account of this, credit register extracts requested between 10 October 2025 and 13 November 2025 may have contained incomplete or erroneous loan data or total amounts of payments paid last. The error may have affected a part of Bondora’s clients.
Bondora communicates they have corrected the error and reported the correct details to the register on 4 November 2025 and 13 November 2025. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Bondora’s customers – what is the impact on you?
- If you did not apply for a loan between 10 October 2025 and 13 November 2025, you do not need to do anything.
- If you applied for a loan between 10 October 2025 and 13 November 2025, you can check the credit register extracts requested about your data in our e-service. If you discover errors in the loan details or if amortizations are missing and if you suspect this may have affected the decision made on your loan application, contact your lender.
