Did you forget to send information about your real estate tax?

If you forgot to include any details or information that might be important for your real estate taxes and the deadline has passed, do this:

1

Check when your tax assessment ends

The date when the Tax Administration finishes the processing of your real estate tax is shown on your tax decision and in MyTax. Check that date – it affects how you should report the changes.

2

If assessment is still ongoing, send the information

If the end date of your tax assessment has not yet passed, you can make changes and add new details for your real estate tax in MyTax.

Please note that if you submit information after the deadline date, you may have to pay a late-filing penalty or a punitive tax increase. Read more about the late-filing penalty and the punitive tax increase.
