Annual changes for 2022 presented to commercial software vendors in June5/10/2021
The Incomes Register arranges an information session for commercial software vendors as an online event on Monday, 14 June 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. During the event, annual changes in the information content of the earnings and benefits payment data and other changes known for the next year will be presented.
Questions concerning the annual changes can be asked during the event. The event is aimed at software companies, but other parties interested in the subject can also register for the event.

The session will be held in Finnish. The materials presented at the event will be published in English afterwards on the tulorekisteri.fi website.
Annual changes are often related to legislation
The Incomes Register is subject to continuous development work. Development needs usually arise as a consequence of feedback and change requests from customers and stakeholders, changes in legislation or the Incomes Register’s own observations.
Changes and improvements are made in the Incomes Register system monthly by publishing a new development version. Before publishing in the production environment, customers have the possibility to test the new features in the testing environment.
One of the most significant sets of changes are annual changes, i.e. changes that will apply to the coming year. Annual changes may concern, for example, new income types and processing rules, as well as changes in the information content. Often, the changes for the coming year are based on changes in legislation.
The Incomes Register organises customer events every year where the annual changes are reviewed. In the spring, an advance event on the annual changes is arranged for commercial software vendors, and closer to the turn of the year, there is a customer event for everyone interested in the changes.
The changes are also updated in the technical documentation and schema descriptions for the Incomes Register. The documentation for 2022 will be published on the Documentation page once the documents have been finalised.
